| Description | The Proposer shall provide, in a good workmanlike manner, the services called for and described herein which consists of all supervision, equipment, labor, and all other items necessary to provide the City with complete refuse and recycling removal and disposal and to complete said work in accordance with the provision. The City of Villa Rica has approximately 5000 solid waste accounts made up of primarily residential and a few small commercial accounts billed as residential. The work also includes commercial collections with dumpsters at the following City-Owned locations: Fullerville Ball Park Powell Park Avanti Building (106 Temple St.) Courthouse and Police Department (101 Main Street) City Hall (571 W.
