| Description | 1. Replace, in kind, the existing doors, frame, exhaust louver, and all existing hardware at the rear maintenance exit of the building. See diagram 1 and 2 for reference. 2. The opening is approximately 114.5" long by 88.5" high. Each door is approximately 36" wide. It is the responsibility of the contractor to verify the door and frame dimensions prior to ordering any materials. 3. The doors shall be constructed with 18 gauge galvanized metal. The exhaust louver and frame shall be constructed with 16 gauge galvanized metal. All of the components shall have a powder coated dark bronze finish. 4. Hardware shall include, but is not limited to: BB NRP hinges, flush bolts, mortice locket, latch protector, threshold, sweeps, weatherstrip, and closers. 5. The contractor is responsible for the removal and reinstallation of the exhaust fan. The fan is operable. 6. The contractor is responsible for the disposal of all existing doors and appurtenances. 7. The contractor must give the CMHA the existing key cylinder(s) once removed. | ||
