| Description | Removal of two (2) SHT scaffolding towers: Both towers are located inside of Dry Dock 1 in the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. - Towers and all associated materials shall be removed and delivered to Building 1460 within the shipyard. Code 980 Technical POC shall coordinate with NAVFAC recycling and contractor for the delivery. - Towers and associated equipment weighs approximately 37,800 pounds each. - Disassembly is required for safe removal due to the physical size of each unit - Units will either have to be dismantled and/or cut into smaller load carrying pieces |
