Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Callicoon, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway. The contractor shall complete all work outlined in the Scope of Work for the renovation and improvements to the Campus-Wide Storm Water Management Drainage System at the Delaware Valley JCC. Project consists of providing construction services required for the renovation and improvements to the campus-wide storm water management drainage system. Associated work includes, but is not limited to, phased installation of drainage piping, catch basins, and associated demolition; excavation, trenching, grubbing, regrading of the site to create new swales and control drainage. Also included in the project are miscellaneous paved roadway restoration, grounds restoration and related work. Additionally, the contractor shall furnish and include a price for all professional services, supervision, labor, material, transportation, equipment and services, unless otherwise specified herein, required under this contract for the following firm fixed price and within the time specified herein. This price shall also include overhead insurance and fees, profit and all cost for project General Requirements. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS The offeror shall submit the bid in accordance with these instructions and include all data and information required by the solicitation. Offerors are advised to submit a bid which is clear and comprehensive without additional explanation or information, but in sufficient detail for effective evaluation by the Government. The intent of the bid shall be to provide sufficient data to support a decision for selection of a qualified contractor and allow for contract award. Nonconformance with the instructions may be cause for rejection of the bid. L.13.2 MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION The magnitude of construction is between $1,000.000 and $5,000,000 per FAR 36.204. L.13.3 BID SUBMISSION L.13.3.1. In accordance with FAR 14.202-8 and FAR 52.214-5(d), the Department of Labor is requesting electronic bids in response to this solicitation. Accordingly, the Department of Labor WILL NOT accept bids by mail, hand-carry, or commercial courier. No physical bids will be accepted in response to this solicitation).
