2023 Local Street Overlay

The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 1,900 S Y Remove and Replace Bituminous Pavement 1,000 L F Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 16,900 S Y Mill Bituminous Pavement (Special) 7,800 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,C) 3,000 S Y Site Restoration The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of North Branch shall comply with the provisions of the statute. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
