Recreation Center Roof Replacements

The scope of work for this project includes the removal and replacement of approximately 18,400 square feet of roofing and insulation in three different locations as well as the recovering of an additional 4,600 square feet of roofing. Proposals shall include separate pricing and description of scope of work for each individual roof section. Each bidder is required to state, in his/her proposal, his/her name and place of residence and the names of all persons or parties interested as principals with him/her, and that the proposal is made without any connection with any other bidder making any proposal for the same work, and that no person acting for or employed by the Town of Brunswick is directly or indirectly interested in the proposal or in any contract which may be entered into to which the proposal relates, or in any portion of the profits there from, except as provided by the Town Charter. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to negotiate with the firm that is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. Fee will not be the sole criteria for selection; however, it will be a part of the selection process.
