2022 Parks Trail Rehabilitation Projects

Minnesota, 55344 for the furnishing of all labor and materials and all else necessary for approximately 6,300 square yards of bituminous trail and 4 ADA Pedestrian Ramps along Riley Lake Road, Pioneer Trail, between Boulder Pointe Road & Coachmans Lane, trail repair near Olympic Hills Golf Course, and 3,000 square yards of bituminous parking lot removal. Each bid submitted must be accompanied by a bid bond naming the City of Eden Prairie as obligee, Surety2000 or certified check payable to the City Clerk of the City of Eden Prairie or a cash deposit in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the City in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract. The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids will be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening bids. Payment for the work will be by cash or check. The Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract(s) to the best interests of the City.
