Chemical Storage Tank Repair - Leib CSO Facility

Repair of Internal Fiberglass Liner of Chemical Storage Tanks #1 & #2 at Leib CSO Facility. Removal of existing tank lining, if necessary, and to an extent as determined by the lining installer, as well as repair of any corroded or degraded tank materials. Replacement and installation of any necessary structural material removed. Restoration of the interior lining of the tanks up to an adequate height to repair all leaks and any significant defects. Hydrostatically testing the repairs. Coordination of installation with the Tank Inspection Consultant, GHD, to perform a pre-inspection prior to installing the liner and a post installation general inspection. Project management activities including CPM (Critical Path Methods) to produce a detailed schedule of activities. Clean-up, disposal of all waste, including potentially hazardous material, and de-mobilization activities to return GLWA facilities to a condition free fromequipment, debris and waste produced during construction activities. Acceptance of final site conditions must be approved by a GLWA representative prior to close-out. All other work as indicated on the Contract Drawings and Specifications and/or work as otherwise necessary for a complete and functional Hypochlorite storage tank.
