Milledgeville Streetscape - Phase IV

The focus of the project is the removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalk running parallel to a length of Greene, Wilkinson, and McIntosh Streets with new brick-banded concrete walkways to update the area and give it a modern aesthetic. In addition, concrete and asphalt driveways will be replaced as well as new landscaping, electrical, and lighting introduced to the area. Roadway striping along parking spaces will be re-painted and several new storm sewer structures introduced. Finally, a concrete retaining wall and stairwell will be constructed on the south side of McIntosh Street near its intersection with Wayne Street.
