Fire Sprinkler System Repairs and Testing Testing 3rd Edition

The Brockton Housing Authority (BHA), the Awarding Authority, is seeking sealed bids from qualified Sprinkler System Repairs and Testing Contractors for routine maintenance and On-Call Sprinkler System Repairs and Testing that cannot be performed by current staff. Jobs will vary in size and scope; repair work will be performed on an "as needed" / emergency basis. Testing will be in conjunction with our scheduled annual fire alarm inspection/testing; the successful bidder will be expected to have personnel present for these tests and to perform any required duties. The BHA has seven (7) High Rise buildings with sprinkler systems. This work will be awarded to the two (2) responsive and responsible bidders with the lowest hourly rates. The term for the contract is three (3) years and will commence upon Board approval and execution of the contract. Last Day for questions is at noon on January 23, 2023.
