RFQ Contractor - Public Improvement Price Agreements for Water Resource Recovery

Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified contractors to submit Statements of Qualification (SOQ) to be considered for award of a three-year Price Agreement for Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) public improvement projects of $300,000 or less. The Price Agreement has the ability for multiple public improvement projects to be awarded with a cumulative maximum of $1.5 million per year without board approval. The Price Agreement provides that it can be renewed for two additional one-year periods. The intent is to enter into Price Agreements with multiple Contractors. Interested Contractors must submit SOQs to be considered. This information will be accumulated for a Bid Holders List and your email will be used to send you automatic notifications when District posts a new document or changes information related to this RFQ. Contractors are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email or from the Website. Contractors must be licensed with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board in accordance with ORS 701.005. The Price Agreements to be awarded under this RFQ do not involve asbestos abatement work, and Contractors submitting SOQs in this category are not required to be licensed with the Department of Environmental Quality pursuant to ORS 468A.720. District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel this solicitation or reject for good cause, any or all SOQs upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
