Notice is hereby given that the Forest Preserve District of Cook County (the "District") is soliciting Bids for the above referenced project. The work includes, but is not limited to, selected demolition, excavation and installation of new concrete foundations, off-site fabrication, delivery and permanent on-site installation of a prefabricated building, connection to existing building system and other related work as specified in the plans & specifications. Substantial completion is the stage in the progress of the Work, as defined in the General Conditions, or a designated portion thereof, that is sufficiently complete in accordance with the Contract Documents so that the Owner can occupy or utilize the Work for its intended use. The District reserves the unqualified right to reject or accept any and all bids or any combination thereof, if applicable, which, in its sole and absolute judgment, will best serve the public interest.
