| Description | HVAC upgrades and associated electrical work at Interchange 3, Milepost 26.1 in Runnemede, New Jersey, at Interchange 9, Milepost 83.3 in New Brunswick, New Jersey, at Interchange 11, Milepost 90.3 in Woodbridge, New Jersey, at Interchange 14, Milepost 104.7 in Newark, New Jersey, at Turnpike Maintenance District 10 (TMD 10) in East Rutherford, New Jersey, and at Interchange 18W, Milepost 118.0 in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. At Interchanges 3 and 9, the scope of work includes the replacement of the air-cooled chillers, associated piping, and tying into the upgraded controls. At Interchange 11, the scope of work includes the replacement of VAV boxes located in the service tunnel and tying into the upgraded controls. At Interchange 14, the scope of work includes the replacement of the building’s air handling unit and associate ductwork and piping in the penthouse, replacement of the boiler and associated piping, and tying into the upgraded automatic controls. At Interchange 18W, the scope of work includes replacement of the 50-ton air cooled chiller and tying into the upgraded automatic control system. At TMD 10, the scope of work includes replacement of three (3) rooftop air handling units, associated supports and ductwork, and tying into the upgraded controls. New power will be routed to support the new replacement mechanical equipment. Electrical panels shall be replaced due to age and condition. | ||||
