120th Avenue Transmission Waterline - City of Westminster

The 120th Avenue waterline serves potable water to the northern portion of the City including residents, businesses, places of worship, and schools. Recent waterline breaks suggest that this waterline needs replacement sooner than 2026, as previously intended. A condition assessment of the existing pipe and a pre-design are needed to determine how best to prevent a failure and loss of water to a financially important location in the City. As of January 24, 2023, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2027 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2025. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
