| Description | The City of Panama City Beach is requesting sealed Bids to furnish and deliver liquid sodium aluminate for the Utilities Department. The City of Panama City Beach ("City") reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All Bids shall be firm (including all equipment and labor) and fixed for a period of 60 days after opening. BIDDERS must submit all questions, if any, in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the BID date. If necessary, questions will be answered as ADDENDA and will be issued to the Contract Documents and posted on the City's website. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to determine if any addenda have been issued.
