Clarification: The standards in the clause at AFFARS 5352.242-9000, Contractor Access to Department of the Air Force Installations, states the access limitations and background check requirements for the contractor's employees. Additional registration and possible escort by 704 TG personnel will be necessary at the beginning of work, and potentially whenever any work is performed inside government buildings. Escort will generally not be required for most outdoor work. Total length is roughly 12 miles. Most of the FOC will be ran in existing conduit through pull boxes along the track, including related infrastructure components and equipment, in accordance with the 'Statement of Work' at Attachment 1.
