Healthcare Housekeeping Services at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC)

Set Aside: 8(a) Sole Source: Healthcare Housekeeping Services At Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (Crdamc): - Requirement is for the contractor to provide all personnel, training, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, management, administration, and services, except as may be expressly set forth as government furnished, and otherwise do all things necessary to perform healthcare housekeeping services at the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC) and multiple Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in the Health Service Area (HSA) of Fort Hood, TX - Contractor shall provide healthcare housekeeping services that prioritize infection control while optimizing cleaning practices in support of CRDAMC’s mission of providing quality healthcare in safe, hygienic, and aesthetically-pleasing MTFs. The medical center complex consists of a seven-story hospital and three out-patient clinic buildings. The seven-story hospital includes seven operating room suites, 151 total beds, 9 labor-delivery-recovery beds and two transition nurseries. Clinics and services include: emergency room, laboratory, obstetrical/gynecology, ophthalmology /optometry, orthopedics, pharmacy, physical therapy, and radiology. The command suite and other administrative support functions such as: outpatient records, outpatient pharmacy, admissions and dispositions, primary care unit, and specialty care clinics are located within the complex. There are over 40 additional outlying facilities located on Fort Hood and in the municipalities of Harker Heights, Copperas Cove and Killeen. The estimated SF quantity for CRDAMC and multiple MTFs in the HSA is 1,342,946 SF.
