Description

project includes abatement of all hazardous materials, selective deconstruction/ salvage of some materials for re-use, and demolition of existing structure including, but not limited to structural foundation. Site will be re-graded to shed water. Project is located at 150 Grange Avenue, Molalla, OR 97038 the right to: reject any and all proposals; reject any proposals not in compliance with the solicitation procedures and requirements; reject for good cause any proposal that would be in the public's best interest to do so; and waive minor irregularities in any or all proposal responses payment and performance bonds covering the faithful performance of the subcontract and the payment for all obligations arising hereunder. P&C reserves the right to consider in the evaluation the ability of proposers to provide payment and performance bonds, the associated cost of payment and performance bonds, and the current financial resources of the proposer Section 02 10 00 Hazardous Material Abatement SCOPE OF WORK: This work package includes removal of all lead and hazardous materials Includes disposal of all hazardous materials SCOPE OF WORK: This work package includes site survey as required to locate existing utilities as applicable to demo existing structure. Include provisions for permits as required to complete building demolition Include provisions for any temporary barriers, fencing, flagging to facilitate all work for this scope Coordinate and remove any mechanical or electrical to facilitate demolition. Safe off, disconnect power, and cap or seal existing utilities currently connected to and servicing existing building. Includes haul off of all debris to legally dispose of materials Demolition includes removal of all existing foundations. Temporarily regrade and infill as required to shed water and prevent ponding. Site will remain undeveloped until late 2023 or early 2024
