Project will be bid and awarded with (1) Prime Contract(s) for General Construction (GC). The proposed work approximately includes furnishing and installing the following: 4,200 LF of 16" HDPE water line, 750 LF of 8" HDPE water line, 120 LF of 6" DI water line including 10 connections to 6" DI branch lines, confirm and connect 85 HDPE water services install 12 hydrants, 560 LF of 12" PVC sanitary sewer pipe, 5,460 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer pipe, 3,811 LF of 4" PVC sanitary sewer pipe, 100 sanitary sewer manholes, 26 sanitary sewer service laterals to properties, 7 residential sanitary sewer packaged pump assemblies; full depth road reconstruction of The Portage Road (17,590 SY), 1,340 LF of 12" HDPE storm drain pipe, 162 LF of 15" HDPE storm drain pipe, 480 LF of 18" HDPE storm drain pipe, 1,891 LF of 24" HDPE storm drain pipe, 1555 LF of 30" HDPE storm drain pipe, 283 LF of 36" HDPE storm drain pipe, 52 catch basins with frames grates, 39 stormwater manholes, with frames covers, 877 CY of concrete sidewalk, 8,150 LF of concrete curb, 225 LF of box beam guide rail, replace 59 driveway aprons, grade restoration and sodding, and planting of 5 trees.
