Description

The Offeror shall have utilities marked out prior to execution of this SOW to avoid damage to underlying/underground utility services. 3.1: Excavate a 25 foot X 50 foot area of deteriorated asphalt road surface and excavate dirt area beneath to a depth of 6 inches below existing grade. Dispose of excavated materials offsite IAW. Any/all federal, state, and/or local regulations. 3.2: Use aggregate base course (ABC) to fill the excavated area to 2 inches below the top of the existing asphalt layer and compact using best industry standard for compacting base coarse for road surface. 3.3: Apply asphalt surface course to a depth matching neighboring asphalt depths in two lifts. 3.4: IAW. Best industry standard; install a new gate operator exit loop sensor in the new asphalt road surface (area predetermined by QAE). Note: On site USCG electrician will connect circuit into gate operator) 3.5: Remove all remaining debris, to offsite disposal location IAW. any/all applicable local, state, or federal regulation.
