In Penobscot County, project is located in Old Town, locations can be found in Old Town Pedestrian Ramp Report, pages 47-51 in the bid book. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price, will be required of the successful Bidder.
