Description

1. Provide the professional architectural and/or engineering services for the Project in the study, design and construction administration, Phase and Task sequence provided in this Professional Services Contract and to the extent authorized by the Department of Technology, Management and Budget State Facilities Administration (SFA), Design and Construction Division (DCD) [The Department] and be solely responsible for such professional services. The Professional’s services shall be performed in strict accordance with this Professional Services Contract and be in compliance with the Project/Program Statement. 2. The State of Michigan shall compensate the Professional for providing their professional architectural and/or engineering study, design and construction administration services for the Project in accordance with the conditions of this Professional Services Contract.
