Pool Maintenance and Repair Services

A. The selected vendor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, materials, and transportation necessary to perform outdoor pool maintenance and repair services required by the County, on an as-needed basis. Maintenance service on the County’s pools and pool equipment shall include, but not limited to, mechanical upkeep, plaster and tile repair, draining and cleaning of pool, and other maintenance and repair issues that arise on an as needed basis. The contract shall also provide on-call emergency and non-emergency repair services. B. All maintenance and repair work shall adhere to manufacturer and industry standards. C. When requested by the County, the selected vendor shall provide all necessary pool chemical information and SDS sheets for all chemicals and dosing limits prior to treatment being performed.

Division 22 -	Plumbing, Pool and Fountain Plumbing Systems, Swimming Pool Plumbing Systems.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Special Purpose Lighting, Underwater Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation and Fill.
