| Description | The Project includes custodial cleaning services throughout the City on an as needed basis. The City has a team of 19 custodians that clean many of its facilities. The contractor(s) selected will provide trained custodians to backfill temporary and long-term openings in buildings that the City’s full time custodians clean. The City estimates that it will need services for approximately 1,800 hours annually. |
