| Description | The County has a continuous need for environmental planning and consulting services for a variety of County projects. Projects comprise a wide range of scopes from conducting environmental regulatory compliance including National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance related to County facilities to environmental oversight and monitoring. Projects are spread over the entire County geographic limits.The scope of work shall include, in general, the full range of environmental planning and consulting services typically required for public works projects, which includes but is not limited to transportation infrastructures, buildings, parks, utilities and community service areas and special districts. |
