New 11th Avenue Parking Lot

Construction of a new 140 stall parking lot and site improvements near the Bishop-Leher building on the Greeley Campus of the University of Northern Colorado. On the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley Campus, provide all labor, materials, equipment required to perform all operations in connection with the 11th ave. West Parking Lot Construction Documents by Sanderson-Stewart dated May 2021. Work includes but is not limited to; selective demolition, grading, storm sewer, concrete site work, paving, striping, signage, irrigation, landscaping plantings and site lighting.
