Description

Scope of Services The work necessary for the completion of this contract consists of replacing the existing Central Library (1100 Avocado Avenue) 1,500 MBH non-condensing heating water boiler and the existing Civic Center (100 Civic Center Drive) 160 MBH domestic hot water heater and venting system with equipment that meets or exceeds the current 2019 California Title 24 Energy code requirements. Replacement equipment shall include seismic equipment and anchorage and reuse the existing electrical circuits.
