Description a. Remove 100% OA RTU and ground source heat pumps serving Building B and remove all associated ductwork. Replace with DX rooftop, triple deck, multi-zone unit and route new ductwork to each zone. New gas piping shall be routed from Main Building to new RTU. b. Provide new exhaust system to serve Building B. c. Remove and replace lay-in ceiling in Building. Remove and reinstall existing lighting in Building B. d. Patch and repair exterior and interior walls, flooring, hard ce ilings as required for HVAC replacements. e. Provide new Tridium BACnet control system to serve new RTU replacements. (Existing Campus Control System shall remain to serve existing equipment).
