Bid guarantee: proposals shall be submitted with proposal security in the form of certified check Or acceptable bid bond in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) Performance-payment Bond: A one hundred percent (100%) Performance-Payment Bond The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities. The project includes roofing on the following campuses of the Tishomingo County School District: 1. Belmont School, 9 School Drive, Belmont, Mississippi 38827. 2. Burnsville School, 23 Washington Street, Burnsville, Mississippi 38833. 3. Iuka Elementary School, 1500 Whitehouse Road, Iuka, Mississippi 38852. 4. Tishomingo County Career and Technical Center, 1421 Highway 24 North, Tishomingo, Mississippi 38873. 5. Tishomingo County High School, 701 Highway 72 West, Iuka, Mississippi 38852. The work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, services, and related activities and procedures necessary to the complete construction including the buildings, site work, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other improvements as shown on the drawings and required in the specifications (Project Manual).
