| Description | The University of Texas at San Antonio is soliciting proposals in response to this Request for Proposal number 743-2023-RFP-956 from contractors, hereafter referred to collectively as Proposers, qualified to provide an Emergency Alert Communications System for UTSAs employees and students. Proposer, through various audio and video media platforms and technology, will provide the University with real-time emergency alerts and messages for situations affecting safety and the well-being of all its patrons as more particularly described in Section 5 (Scope of Work) of this RFP.
