Old Turnpike, Patton Brood, and Judd Brook Pump Stations - Town of Southington Old Turnpike Pump Station: Replacement of the existing pumps and motors with dry pit submersible style pumps, replacement of the associated equipment, piping, and valves within the dry well, replacement of pump level control equipment and instrumentation, and electrical upgrades for the new pumps and motors, and control panel including two VFDs, as well as a new generator. The work also includes adding piping and valves for a new pump station bypass connection. Repairs and modifications to the building and structures to provide resiliency to the 100 year flood +3ft elevation, including but not limited to demolishing and replacement of the door and louvers.
