| Description | The Contractor agrees to provide the California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform janitorial services at the Central Valley Regional Headquarters Office and the Train Depot Office, referred to collectively herein as “Authority Property” for the term of this Agreement. 2.2 The services shall be performed at the following two (2) locations: Central Valley Regional Headquarters – 1111 H. Street Fresno, California 93721 (Approx. 9,300 sq. ft.). Train Depot – 1713 Tulare Street Fresno, California 93721 (Approx. 8,790 sq. ft.) Term: February 1, 2022 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through January 31, 2024 |
