Description

SCOPE OF SERVICES A. Design/Construction of Reroute Segments 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Route flagging has already been flagged by VVMTA. 1. Approximately 4,600 ft of new trail. 2. Four (4) HCE road crossings will be constructed to ensure users stay on existing trails. 3. Work may be performed using hand tools and mechanized equipment. If mechanized equipment is used, impacts to native vegetation and soils adjacent to the trail shall be minimized to the greatest extent possible. 4. Note. Scope does NOT include areas between West Avon Preserve and Singletree community. Anticipated additional new trail construction on Berry Creek Metro District property is estimated at 1,500' linear feet. This is NOT part of this RFP. Contractor(s) must coordinate with Berry Creek Metro District for all services, scope, and/or bid for those areas.
