Description | The City of Davenport is proposing rehabilitation at 1826 W 4th St. This property will be rehabbed with federal funding and once complete will be sold to a qualifying home owner. The City is requesting General Contractor qualifications, pricing, references, schedule and scope of work summary for the rehabilitation 4/26/2023 05:00:00 PM (CT) Questions Due 4/26/2023 10:30:00 AM (CT) Optional 2nd Open House This optional 2nd open house is only available to general contractors who were at the mandatory open house. Any sub contractors of those general contractors are able to attend. This will be held at the site location from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. The deadline for inquiries is 5:00 PM/CT on Friday, April 21st , 2023. Inquiries received by the deadline will be posted with answers on the Citys ebidding website on or before 5:00 PM/CT on Tuesday, April 25th , 2023, with the bid documents. Late inquiries will not be addressed. |
