Description | **As of September 30, 2022, project was awarded to Mueller Construction Company , awarded amount is $89,819.42** Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Town Clerk, on paper and in accessible electronic format, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered. The face of the envelope shall be addressed as follows: Town Clerk Town of Jupiter 210 Military Trail Jupiter, FL 33458 August 9, 2022 at 2:00pm Town of Jupiter Water Treatment Plant Offices Building Remodel (W2207) The nature and scope of this project is: All labor, materials and equipment necessary to demolish, reconfigure and reconstruct existing office and training spaces including creation of a private office space, relocation of work stations in existing shared office, and modifications to flexible work station including case work complete with adjustments to HVAC, removal and replacement of existing insulation on HVAC duct work, power and data necessary to accommodate the work space changes, and paint, carpet and finishes as detailed in the construction documents. Existing lighting will remain in place with new switching provided for the office lights. Modifications to the second floor training space include replacement of carpet, baseboards and paint, which is included as an additive alternate bid item. Work also includes all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remove, furnish and install replacement doors as detailed in the construction documents. Questions delivered by email should contain the name of the Project/Bid in the subject heading of the email and be sent with a read receipt to ensure successful receipt of the email by the Town.
