Lakeview Pump Station Transformer Yard Electrical Upgrades

The project generally consists of, but is not limited to providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary to complete Design-Build services for the Lakeview Transformer Yard Electrical Upgrades. The Lakeview Pump Station is a core component of SD1’s wastewater collection system. SD1 plans to replace the high voltage electrical gear in the Lakeview Pump Station Electrical Yard and modify the electrical switchgear at the Lakeview Pump Station. The goal of this project is to upgrade the electrical equipment related to the electrical feeds to the Lakeview Pump Station to provide a more reliable, maintainable, and safer electrical system. As part of this project, the Proposer shall provide complete design, procurement, and construction services to: * Recoat 69kV Tower Steel Structure * Provide new 69kV to 12.47kV Transformer in Electrical Yard * Provide new 12.47kV Fused Switchgear in Electrical Yard * Provide new 12.47kV feeders & conduit from Electrical Yard to 480V Switchgear at Pump Station * Convert 480V Switchgear at Pump Station from manual transfer to auto-transfer * Properly dispose abandoned electrical equipment * Maintain existing utility metering until new relocated metering and ancillary equipment can be commissioned. * Repair and/or replace ancillary facilities in the project area, such as concrete pads, fencing, and driveways
