Description

Construction of one (1) Floridan Aquifer test production well at the City of Stuart’s Water Treatment Facility located at 1002 SE Palm Beach Road, Stuart, FL 34994. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to drilling, setting of steel and PVC casings, grouting, flow testing, wellhead assembly, acidizing (if necessary), well logging, pump testing, formation water disposal system (including temporary piping and pumps), well facility disinfection and restoration of well site. Work shall include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work as specified and in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and other contract documents.
