The City of Bend requests proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to perform construction management and administration services for the Neff and Purcell Intersection Improvements. The Project consists of capacity and safety improvements to the NE Neff Road and NE Purcell Boulevard intersection, as well as the extension of Purcell Boulevard from its current northern terminus for approximately 1,000 feet.
