Fire and Security Alarm System Maintenance - Zia Health and Dental Center

Original Set Aside: Buy Indian Set-Aside (specific to Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services). BACKGROUND: The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service requires a service maintenance agreement for the Fire and Security Alarm System for the Zia Health and Dental Clinic located at 155 Capitol Square Drive in Zia Pueblo, NM 87053. PURPOSE: Currently the Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service procures services and supplies from Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) or Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) firms pursuant to the Buy Indian Act at least 50% of the time. STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES: • Locate eligible and qualified IEE or ISBEE firms, including both large and small business, that will be able to support IHS procurement needs under the following: 1. NAICS code: 561621 – Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) 2. Product Service Code: J063 – Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment: Alarm, Signal and Security Detection Systems • Utilize the information received with future acquisition planning efforts and potential Buy Indian set aside. • Possibly create one Purchase or Task Order amongst eligible and qualified IEE or ISBEE firms.
