Sterling Regional HS Gymnasium HVAC Replacement

Exterior Construction Work - The Project Work includes the construction of a new structural steel grate platform at the roof level of the adjacent existing Auxiliary Gymnasium and spanning the breezeway between the existing Auxiliary Gymnasium and the existing Gymnasium. The platform will support the (2) new Mechanical Rooftop Units (RTU’s) that will serve the existing Gymnasium. The Project work also includes all roof modifications and wall penetrations as needed for the installation of the structural steel platform and the RTU’s as indicated on the Contract Documents. (refer to the Contract Documents for the complete scope of work requirements.) Interior Construction Work - The Project Work includes the demolition and removal of the (2) existing HVAC Units, Ductwork and all appurtenances and the installation of the new HVAC systems as noted on the Mechanical Drawings. Provide miscellaneous Architectural, Structural and Electrical Work as required to accomplish the HVAC scope of Work as indicated on the Contract documents (refer to the contract Documents for the complete scope of work.).
