| Description | Scope of work: A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidental services necessary to perform all work associated with the Porch Replacement and Roof on Park Residence P-09, Bear Mountain State Park B. The Scope of Work shall include, but will not be limited to: 1. The removal of the existing covered porch structure and foundation to 1' below grade, and removal of the existing asphalt shingle roof. 2. Construction of the new porch according to the plans and specs. 3. Installation of a new asphalt shingle roof for the porch and entire house. C. Site Access/Construction Work Period Restrictions: 1. Snow removal/clearing: Park Road and driveway are plowed. Contrac tor is responsible for snow removal to access project site and progress the work as required. 2. Water and electrical service: There is water and electrical supply . D. Site cleanup and lawn restoration damaged by work. |
