Description

Asphalt/tar roof with pea gravel ballast is leaking and needs to be replace with a TPO roof system on top of the existing roof membrane. Contractor shall bid on a roof re-cover project for an existing one story maitnenance building in Grand Junction. The existing building is approximately 6,500 sf with an existing asphalt/tar roof with pea gravel ballast. It has a metal coping on three sides and slopes to the north. On the north side there is a gutter and downspouts.
