New 69kV Glosser Rd Substation and 69kV Monroe Substation Upgrade

The City of Lebanon is seeking bids from qualified contractors to construct a new 69kV to 12.47kV Glosser Substation, perform 69kV improvements in the City's Monroe Substation and remote end relay replacement at the City's Power Plant Substation. The proposed Work consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and various materials. The improvements include the contractor installation of new City provided major equipment consisting of 69kV structures, bussing and switches; two (2) power transformers; seven (7) 69kV circuit breakers; and the connection and field wiring of a premanufactured control house complete with 12.47kV switchgear and 69kV relay panels. One set of primary and backup line relaying will be replaced at both Monroe and Power Plant Substations. The contractor is to provide all site work, grounding, foundations, conduits, cables and miscellaneous items as per the contract drawings
