| Description | The Project consists of the construction of a new city park at the corner of Fourth and Main Street which is an abandoned gas station. The site is currently undergoing site remediation to remove site contaminants. The existing garage on the North side of the property is to remain and includes a few modifications to keep the structure enclosed and to provide code required egress. The existing Re/Max building on the East side of the property is to remain with minor modifications to restore the building facade. The Re/Max building also has a wooden elevated deck that is to remain in place. |
