Qualified consultants to provide construction management, materials testing, and inspection services for South Boulder Road At-Grade Crossing Improvement Project for the City of Louisville. The project consists of roadway improvements at five (5) intersections, including the installation of a Pedestrian Hybrid Signal (HAWK).
