2022 CCMG Pavement Preservation Project

2022 CCMG PAVEMENT PRESERVATION PROJECT TOWN OF BATTLE GROUND, INDIANA DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This project consists of installing Chip Seal w/Microsurface (Cape Seal) to portions of various streets in the Town of Battle Ground; plus, the installation of Microsurface (double course) to portions of various streets in the Town of Battle Ground. Work for which proposals are to be received includes, but is not limited to, the application of fiberized asphalt crack sealant, and must be a mixture of Asphalt Cement (PG 64-22 or 76-22) and polypropylene fibers. The composition of the crack sealant mixture shall be based upon a minimum by weight of 100% asphalt cement, 7%+/- .5% fibers by weight of the AsphaltCement. Specifications and road descriptions are detailed in the bid document. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on the Bid Form. Each bid shall be accompanied by a completely filled out Form No. 96 (latest revision). Any bid not accompanied by the above-required items shall be deemed to be a non-responsive bid. No Bidder may withdraw his proposal within a period of sixty (60) days following the date set for the receiving of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to award the Contract to any Bidder all to the advantage of the Town of Battle Ground or reject all bids. INDIANA REQUIREMENTS: Standard Questionnaire Form 96 (latest revision), completely filled out and signed, including attachment of Contractor's Financial Statement as stipulated in Section III.
