| Description | Rehabilitate Runway 12-30 Lighting Project A certified check or bank draft payable to the Gary/Chicago International Airport Authority, or a satisfactory bid bond, executed by the Bidder and an approved surety company in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid proposal. Contractors awarded a contract will be required to furnish acceptable surety bonds in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract price. Said performance and material and payment bond shall remain in effect for twelve (12) months. |
