Construction of New Groundwater Storage Tank, Foundation, Waterline Connections and Appurtenances

The project consists of the construction of a new cylindrical 100,000-gallon ground supported water tank. Maximum loads have not been provided but have been assumed to be moderate. We understand the tank is approximately 26 feet in diameter and 24 feet tall. Based on the provided site plan, we assume that the final grade will be within 2 feet of the existing grade. If there are differences in location or design features as we understand them, or if the locations or design features change, we should be authorized to review the changes, and, if necessary, to modify our conclusions and recommendations.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities.
