2022 Stump Removal and Disposal

Tree care professionals (heretofore known as Contractor) to perform tree stump grinding and debris removal as determined by the Project Manager. The City’s goal is to remove approximately 4,500 tree stumps on public right of way boulevards and from park property. The intent of this contract is to provide for the removal of those stumps with the disposal of wood debris, the addition of quality topsoil, and the clean-up of the site to pre-work conditions. It is the intent of the City to award this contract to multiple Contractors and to assign the work geographically by the City’s seventeen (17) planning districts (ref. Attachment A-City of Saint Paul Planning District Map)
