Pre-Engineered Aluminum Box Culvert Bridge Structure with Headwalls and Wingwalls Structure

This Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment to design, fabricate, and deliver a pre-engineered aluminum box culvert bridge structure, including headwalls and wingwalls, meeting the specifications shown in the provided details. The project shall also include all miscellaneous items required to assemble and install the aforementioned bridge structure, as shown in provided details, with the exception of excavation, foundations, and backfill materials. The bridge structure will be assembled and installed by others for the General Construction Work on the Events Park Roadway Extension Project between the Events Park and the Adult Softball Complex. The pre-engineered, fabricated bridge structure materials shall be delivered to the project site at the Events Park north of New Orleans Street between 209th E Avenue and 225th E Avenue in Broken Arrow, OK.
